3.There is a gap between the body and the installation accessories after installation.

4.I found that there are missing parts in the package.

- Please check the packages carefully and there are some brackets that may be in the corner or under the foam (ex. L brackets).

5.Can screen be adjusted when the window is opened?

- The screen is adjustable between 22”-36” for when people open their window – Height would be fixed at height from bottom of U to top of unit. *Reference adjustable screen separately sold.

6.The machine is not cooling or cooling slowly.

8. The air volume is not enough to feel the wind.

Answer:	the filter is washable. when the unit work for long time, the "filter LED" will be on and warning you that the filter should be clean. and you can just pull it out and wash it.
