Question:	what is the warranty
Answer:	not ALL PIECES ARE INCLUDED. I THINK it is teh valve stem that is missing, I really do not remember - only that we could not find a replacement one.
Question:	could the exterior unit live in a garage or does it have to be outside for the ac to work properly
Answer:	I don't know if it will work with a Delta rough-in but it was not a quality product and I returned it.
Question:	how long is the line set
Answer:	Thank you for your question! This trim requires a PTR188700-UN rough-in valve. It will not work with an R10000-UNBX valve. Best regards, Jon

Answer:	Because, unlike a window unit, this has no actual shell or casing. That’s what the sleeve is for. It’s to be installed IN-WALL or thru wall. Not meant for a window.

Answer:	Yes it is 120 volts. The problem is it cools, but it does not lower the humidity. I’ve never seen an air conditioner like it. No water drains out of the back. I have to run a dehumidifier at the same time which of course heats the room. Don’t buy!
Question:	Will the handy man cut the hole into the wall for you
Answer:	Yes, I paid the handyman $200 to install, he cut hole thru drywall/stucco wall and framed it in on both sides. Just make sure the cord reaches the electrical outlet. A/C looks and works great!

Answer:	5 foot cord...and have had this unit for over a year. It is always on and has been quite a great purchase....
