Answer:	Yes it is 120 volts. The problem is it cools, but it does not lower the humidity. I’ve never seen an air conditioner like it. No water drains out of the back. I have to run a dehumidifier at the same time which of course heats the room. Don’t buy!

When I measured mine right now the width is 24 inches and height is 14 inches. In the manual of this item it says the Wall-in sleeve Dimensions are: Height 15 3/4”, Width 26”, and Depth 16 3/4”. I didn’t install this myself I had a professional do it for me. I hope this information is helpful.

Question:	What size should I purchase for an 18 1/2 by 12 inch A/C
Answer:	try it on a small area that is kind of hidden from site. See if it stains or fades the leather. I've used it on several surfaces but have not tried leather.

Answer:	The Enzyme will breakdown all waste stains that it comes in contact with and convert them into C02 and H2O.
Question:	This cover appears to be the closest to my measurements required. The depth is 5" at top & 5 1/2" bottom---will the 4" stretch to that
Answer:	It worked for me. It will likely not work if you have tried to clean the mess with soaps or other cleansers. The enzymes that do the urine removal are live beings and the soap kills them. They actually eat the urine. You need to pour the Orange onto the carpet and soak the carpet backing and let it dry. The urine will still stink if the Orange cannot get to ALL of the urine. You must shake it well before spraying or pouring to distribute the enzymes in the liquid. I have usually 3-4 cats at all times. I always have a lot of enzyme cleaners for urine they really work when properly used. I did get rid of all carpeting because it is so hard to deal with as often as I needed to clean up the messes. This cleaner also works on vomit smells.

Answer:	Sorry, I can’t answer that. I’m using the rod to hang a round rope mirror. It holds the rope with no problem.
Question:	I have a friedrich modle cp10f10 that has stoped working after many years. will this model fit the existing sleeve
Answer:	This is a very good and strong brass post. However, the way it is mounted is limited to the single screw which affixes it to the wall. So, it's really a matter whether you hit a stud when you mount it. Make sure you use a good anchor (don't rely on the one included--get a good one from Lowes or Home Depot) if you want to hang more than a towel or bathrobe on it. Hope this helps!

Answer:	The length of the rod, or the center part, not including the base and end cap is 1 3/4 inches. I am using mine to hold our hand towels. Not enough wall space for a towel bar or a circle ring, it looks clean and neat and holds the towel just fine. there are shorter profile ones out there, but the towel will keep falling off.

Answer:	I just got it recently. It is fully charged. According to the owners manual its rechargable from a professional. It is heavy to pick up so be aware of that.
