After a couple of hours it gets too warm and then I lower it. I just use it to heat my bedroom when I need. I will usually go turn it on about a hour before bedtime.

Answer:	Yes. I use it in a 5th wheel RV and it does just fine. Make sure that you have it on a interior wall that is easily accessible so you can adjust the water temperature.

Answer:	1/2 inch fittings. Standard regulator for lpg. I have it hooked up in my 5th wheel trailer lpg line and it’s working just fine.

Answer:	Yes, it starts heating the water as soon as a water fixture is opened (on demand)
Question:	average cost of electricity
Answer:	This unit is a "delta T" heater, it does not regulate the outlet temperature. Outlet temperature varies as a function of inlet temperature and flow rate. The maximum outlet temperature is settable, 120 degrees recommended. In winter (North Alabama), my unit will not reach 120, even at minimum flow rate, a fast trickle, not useful for anything. The instruction book, available online, shows a good chart for outlet temperature at various inlet temps and flow rates. My unit, the smallest available, works fine for kitchen sink functions.
