Answer:	Mine is convex (bowed out like a bubble), so at least on those made by some of the suppliers, I would say "No" - but sometimes companies like this spec out the same thing to various suppliers and have some variation among the units sold under the same sku. But mine is DEFINITELY bent out. I hope that helps. I like the unit quite well, but the high fan and low fan settings are actually reversed!

Answer:	I don't know and not sure if it's rated to work outdoors. I use it in a glassed-in porch that has no insulation and is about 6 x 9 feet. The heater generally increases the temperature by about 20 degrees in the room in 60-90 min. The oscillating feature is nice because you can direct the heat in one place, or a wider span (about 100 degree radius).

Answer:	Greetings James, the room I have this unit in is about 2400 cubic ft and it does NOT keep the whole room at 65-70 deg only an area of approximately 8' x 8'. It really is good for a small bedroom. I use it to warm the sofa/seating area around the TV but beyond that I'd have to use the house heater. I got this to avoid having to use the house heater due to cost. It does the job for the small area only. Ciao, TLM
