Answer:	No, it comes precharged

Answer:	Yes, you can connect a Senville wired thermostat to the system. Third party thermostats will not work, unless compatibility is specified.
Question:	Does remote have follow me feature and wall holding bracket
Answer:	The units require electrical wiring between the units, and a power supply ran to the outdoor unit. Preferably a dedicated circuit ran from your breaker panel. Then the refrigerant lines are pre-flared and come in 50 foot lengths. Any less than 50 feet the copper lines can be cut & reflared with proper tools. Or you can just leave the excess line spoiled up out of sight. Any farther than 50 feet and additional fittings will be required and additional refrigerant will need to be added to the system for it to perform properly. The drain line is about 10' long and may require additional piping to get the water out of your home. The copper refrigerant lines will need to be leak checked with high pressure nitrogen. Leak checking is the most important step. To ensure the unit will not loose it's charge additional tightening or reflaring may be required. Do not ever use pressurized air or CO2 to pressure test! After pressure testing a vacuum pump a set of manifold gauges and a 5/16" adapter will be needed to evaluate the system. A micron gauge is another precious tool to ensure a deep vacuum is attained and will be another way to ensure the lines are leak free. After a recommended 500 micron vacuum is acheaved the lines should be isolated from the pump. If the micron gauge stabilizes at 500 microns or less the refrigerant valves can be opened with a 3/16" allen wrench. The gauges can then be removed & the unit will be ready for use.

Question:	can't the line kit be extended or 16 foot max
Answer:	I haven't tried and don't see how you can. The fan can be charged to another source, or plugged in and also use batteries to be powered.
Question:	It says it "comes with precharged for line set lengths between 10'~25'" how do you order different lenghts when ordering through amazon
Answer:	When new quite a while ,,,,, 8-10 hours, depending on speed setting. Batteries rapidly wore down ,,, and didn't last mor than a few minutes.
Question:	Are there any parts that we would need to purchase that doesn't come with the system
Answer:	This one uses 4 regular AA batteries. There is no internal battery to recharge. And there isnt a USB port on any of the three that I have. But Im guessing that u could sure rechargeable AA batteries in this fan. Btw, this fan was great in the beginning but, for some reason, all three of mines are now apparently touch sensitive & therefore now tend to unpredictably shut off. Even the last one behaved the sme right out of the box. I havent figured out why, so I wouldnt recommend this particular fan model.
Question:	How hard is installation
Answer:	Its decently quiet & has good airflow. Thats why I ended up with 3. But for some odd reason that I havent figured out yet, all three will **now** **arbitrarily** shut off with even a slight touch/shock. The first one worked fine then it started doing this, so figuring that I must have done something to cause it, I bought another of the same model. It was a shorter time period before the 2nd one started doing it also. Still thinking it was something that I may have inadvertently done, I bought a third of this model. But the 3rd one started soing the same as the other 2 immediate out of the box. Idk what the deal is, especially since the last one started doing this straight out of the box, so I know that its not from age/wear & tear, etc. I havent been able to link it to battery power, battery brand, battery leakage, overheating, temperature, etc. I didn't have this issue with a previous Opolar fan. Other than this weird phenomenon that, theoretically, could somehow be coming from my end, I have liked this model very much bc of the good airflow that only requires the more economical AA batteries > hence buyng three. But I wont buy this model again, for the above stated reasons. I felt that I should include that bit of info just in case the cause is, in fact, a glitch within the fan itself & not something user operation/external factors related.

Question:	What are the temperature ranges this can be set on
Answer:	I'm an amateur, but handy, and I just finished installing one today. First to answer some questions below: the unit comes pre-charged, there's no need for the installer to add freon. However it is necessary to vacuum the lines before you release the freon. I bought a vacuum and a set of gauges for less than $100. My son and my brother may be installing one of these, so we'll be able to use that equipment for them too. For me the hardest part was drilling a hole through the wall. I mounted the indoor unit on a cement block wall, and it took a long time to drill a two and a half inch hole through that wall. I did everything myself, the only time I needed any help was when I had my wife keep tension on the wires outside as I lifted the indoor unit up to the wall. The copper tubing was about 18 in too long for my setup, so I borrowed a flaring tool and cut and flared the tubing to fit. Flaring tools are cheap if you can't find a friend to borrow one from. Someone recommended to me using Nylog Blue to seal the tubing connections, so I did. Be prepared for a surprise when you remove the plugs from the copper lines coming out of the indoor unit. They are loaded with nitrogen and as you release the plug it will shoot several feet away from the pressure. Don't stand in front of it! My first instinct was, oh no! I just released the freon. But of course the freon is only in the outdoor unit. Copper tubing can be kinked, but if you're reasonably careful with it you won't have any problems. Just don't try to make any sharp bends. It was a fairly large project, but nothing too challenging. Just take care and read the step by step instructions carefully. Someone here said you need a nitrogen tank, but that's not mentioned anywhere in the instructions. It may be something that professionals do to pressure test, but the instructions say to let the freon itself do your pressure testing. The downside is that if you actually have a leak you'll lose freon, but a leak is not very likely. It works! My garage is getting cool.

Question:	My current thermostat is using terminals r, c, w2, e, y, o/b, g. how do i match those to c,l,y,e,o,b.g,r,aux? will this work as a replacement for mine
Answer:	Just 1,a two hose unit would have been more energy efficient. Looking back, I should have gone with a mini-split. It would have been like $2000, but these die every 3 to 4 years, so I've bought 5 of them by now!
Question:	Orange wire on Honeywell O/B. where does it go on this one
Answer:	I have that Honeywell unit in my garage. I have both 15 amp and 20 amp circuits available, The claim is 10.5 amps, but refrigerant chart claims closer to 14 amps for this CFM. I used it in 15 amp circuit and kicked breaker , then moved to 20 amp circuit with no problem. I live in Phoenix , temp in 3 car garage in summer was over 110 , so it had its tongue hanging out to handle 90 degrees in garage. garage area about 800 sq ft.. Hope this helps. But, I was really asking a lot, and didn't want the expense of 220 volt unit and wanted portable..................
Question:	can this be used for electric heat
Answer:	reconsidered my answer. since it is a heat pump, it should need a way to transfer cool air from room. since I live in Phoenix, I haven't used heat mode, only cooling mode, so makes sense might need window venting.
Question:	What is the load rating of the R-W output
Answer:	I never measured. It appears to be the same as dryer hose to vent heat. Im pretty sure there is an garden hose size outlet for humidity.. I have not used that yet. The unit comes with everything needed to vent out an up/down window. It cools a large space very well.. The air is ice cold.. It adjusts fan speeds and shuts off when temp is reached. My central air was poorly installed and I grew tired of paying repairs several times a year, that it could never make temp, and the leaking cased damage.. I would recommend this product. It is larger than I thought if that is a concern. It works good here. I got black so not noticeable in large room.
