Answer:	Nope. There is a tray that runs horizontally just below the coil, above the air discharge slot. That tray carries the condensed water that drains off the evaporator coils to the drain hose at the back. The cabinet must be mounted horizontally and level to ensure that the condensate does not leak out of the cabinet (onto your furniture or floor).

The sound level for the 18k concealed duct is from 33 dbA (low speed) to 41 dbA ( high speed). The 24k sound level is 34 to 42 dbA. Answer:	For mini-splits, there are 2 main types of systems. 1) SIngle zone 2) multi-zone. If its a single zone system, like this Gree Livo, then only 1 indoor unit can be paired with the outdoor unit. On a multi zone system, for the new Gree mulit-zone outdoor units, you can have from 1, up to 5 indoor units- depending on btu size. With the multi-zone, you can have 1 indoor unit hooked up and add additional indoor units as you need to.
