If you are experiencing leaking you could try stripping your diapers: The method we advise is the following however if you are experiencing that the diapers are continuing to smell we advise adding either a bit of baking soda or bleach to the wash. We do not suggest this as a continued method as it will eventually break down the diapers but every so often it can help kill all bacteria. 1. Turn water heater up to 140F or higher. 2. Wash everything 3 times on HOT, using a detergent of your choice (for example: Purex free and clear). 3. Run the wash cycle 2 more times with no detergent. 4. Pull the covers out and dry them on high for 10 minutes, then hang dry. (The idea behind drying the covers on hot is to potentially “re-seal” the PUL in the covers) 5. Wash the inserts two more times, once with detergent, and once without :) Hope this is helpful!

Answer:	My understanding is that they are one and the same, but that different sources or sellers are interchanging the size name. If you click on newborn, you get to select from all colors but grasshopper; if you select XS, you get just the grasshopper color. This leads me to conclude that all are the same size... There is no cut out for the umbilical cord. bumGenius's website states that this diaper is designed to fit below the navel.

Answer:	It is an All In One, which means the insert is built in. This is a good diaper, but my baby outgrew the absorbency capacity long before he outgrew the size of the diaper. This can be fixed by adding a “doubler” (i.e. cotton or microfibre insert) to increase absorbency.

Question:	This unit control panel says it had ionizer and "heat"? I don't see any info regarding this in the details? Are these actual features for this unit
Answer:	Yes the Boudreauxs butt paste is a good one. You have to be careful with what diaper creams you can use safely with cloth diapers. I forgot the exact ingredient the diaper cream is not supposed to have. I believe if a cream is petroleum based, it is not safe for cloth diapers.
Question:	Will this system work in a closed room, but that has 3 windows and gets very hot 80-85? Will this unit work closed with heat & AC running
Answer:	The liner that comes in the set is microfiber which should be placed inside the pocket at the back of the diaper.
Question:	Does this need to be delimed/descaled? It's not working as efficiently as it used to. Do you recommend a specific product for this
Answer:	Try to lay the insert as flat as possible when placing it inside the pocket diaper. It will bunch up a little bit which is normal for any cloth diaper. You may also try to pull the insert closer to the front or back if it's not in center.

Answer:	Yes if it's an average sized 1-5 year old. Any older or heavy and the snaps won't close.

Question:	What is the internal diameter for a proper fit drain hose
Answer:	Hi! You can fit a 3/8" drain hose for this unit.
Question:	We put this one in our small server room and its not cooling enough. Anything stronger than this? We need to freeze that room but this can do 67F only
Answer:	What you need is an industrial cooling fan box, like the ones used in walk-in coolers or freezers. Consumer grade AC units will not be adequate to cool server rooms unless you have multiple units running at the same time.
Question:	So confused about this unit, (conflicting reviews). Need to know if it is quiet, (for bedroom), will last longer than 1 season, is it very heavy? TY
Answer:	I've had 1400 BTU Whynter SH for 7 years now. Will I buy another brand? (No way) When you cool your room, just turn your fan down and it's quieter than a window unit. At 88 lbs. a husband and wife can easily move it from one floor to another. The big casters make it easy for anyone to move it on a floor. Until the freon transition is complete, this model is a smart alternative until the costs of new Heat Pumps come down again. (My humble yet thrifty opinion)
Question:	How does water removal work
Answer:	The ARC-14S features the patented auto drain function which fully exhausts all condensate automatically in most environments. Should the unit need to be drained, the drain plug should be removed and the condensation collected in a separate container. To remove all of the moisture, slightly tilting the unit is the most efficient way. Question:	Does this unit have to have the water drained out? Is water collected
Answer:	The air conditioner uses the patented auto drain or self-evaporative technology which exhausts condensation automatically in most environments. Please note that if the humidity is very high, the auto drain function will still exhaust the majority of the moisture. The remaining moisture will be collected in the water tank at the base of the air conditioner and continue to self-evaporate until the tank becomes full and requires manual drainage. Question:	Is this for a window that slides open versus opens up and down. Our window is aprx 22-1/2 inches and slides open. Would this unit work
Answer:	Yes, it will work. The insert can be used for either type of window...is placed upright instead of on its side. We have the same type of window, and there is a small gap because the window is not completely square, but it worked fine last summer, and was a blessed relief.
