Answer:	Loni I would go two sizes up to get that look. It's a well made shirt but mine was a little tight. I wanted the look in the picture.

Answer:	I'm 5' 2", 130 lbs. with 36D bust & I ordered a Medium. As far as the length goes, it is slightly longer on me than what you see on the model. So I would say if you want the length, then L or XL may work. Also the material is nice & stretchy, but not to the point where it is tight fitting, but definitely a flattering top. Answer:	The metal slats are fit in to place with plastic claps that go over the ends of the metal and have little grooved edges that are fairly soft. You can take it apart to some extent but I wouldn't recommend removing the slats themselves. I had to pop one out while assembling it and wrecked a cap, thankfully the hardware kit came with a spare.
