Answer:	Nothing...? If it doesn't have any grime or food on it, it just refreezes. I tend to keep mine rather clean so I don't have any issues with wear and tear on the ice pack. I suppose if you are concerned just wipe it down with a damp cloth before you put it back in the freezer each use. Obviously was with gentle dish soap if it is really dirty or has caked on stuff. Just rub dry (or near dry) before putting it back in the freezer to prevent a layer of ice or frost building on it.

Answer:	thats correct - I move around a lot so I move onto the correct part of the pillow throughout the night. If on my back I stay in the middle if on side then on the side bit of the pillow - the way you are facing. When you first get it you can turn it 180 to see which shoulder height you are whether you need it thicker or thinner when lay on your side. Then stick with your selection. I am sure it sounds like a lot of faffing if you are someone who doesn't move around. (But I do, so it suits me) I would recommend a silk pillowcase to put over this to keep you cool - as it can get hot when your in the middle of it (lay on your back) as you are slightly cocooned by the side bits which are higher.

Answer:	I personally can't speak for petite back sleepers. I am primarily a side sleeper and sometimes on my back. I don't feel any neck strain and the pillow is lower profile in the middle.

The other chair (the orange one) is fine and my husband has been sitting on it every night since his chair became un-useable (the blue one). We have yet to purchase a replacement for the blue chair, but I will have no qualms about buying a chair from the same manufacturer. Relative to your apecific question, my husband weighs about 240 and, like I said, either he or I have been using the orange chair (mine!) since we bought the chairs in May 2017.
