Answer:	The height of the Pub Table is exclusively designed for counter height stools. I suppose you could use Bar height stools but they might be a bit uncomfortable while sitting at the lower Pub table. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I don't think its actual wood but closer to a laminate like surface. Easy to clean tho. Love mine!

Answer:	Nope! The tools are supplied! I do suggest, if you purchase, that you buy 18-20 washers for the screws that go into the seats...they're only like 12 cents each. I LOVE the set up because it really allows much more open space in small areas!

Answer:	I don't see why it couldn't be used outdoors. May be best if there's an arbor or some sort of covering over it between uses. In fact, each of the 4 benches fit snuggly in each section under the table and the whole thing could be covered with something protective when not in use. I love my set!
