Answer:	You can't put your legs under the table because of the wine rack so I just took mine out and the table is stable thus far. The integrity of the structure appears to be intact. But then you have the empty holes. You can cover them with silver tape or stickers guess. I think a child could put his/her legs under the table with the wine rack but not an adult no matter how much you weigh unless you're the height of a child.

Answer:	At least 300 pounds considering I've had myself and both niece and nephew on my lap in a chair. That's about 350 pounds.

There is also a bag of assorted hardware: ten sets of bolts and washers. The seat is connected to the back by four sets, two in the middle of the back side and two at each leg. The front legs are attached by two sets each. The bolts require a hex end wrench, which is included. If you have a screwdriver with an appropriate sized hex bit the assembly is faster. After six months the chairs are performing well: I bought six.
