Answer:	To add or subtract a % from a number, using the % key, you first have to multiply the number by the %, then press + or –. Examples: To calculate 100 plus 10%, enter 100 x 10% (answer 10), then press + (answer 110). To calculate 50 minus 10%, enter 50 x 10% (answer 5), then press – (answer 45). Unfortunately, this is not clear in the user manual.

Answer:	Personally, I have used it for Citrix Goto Webinar and many Skype appointments and love it for that purpose. Comfortable for hour-after-hour wearing and have never gotten complaints about the sound. Have also conducted trainings using Vsee. I came away from my purchase feeling that they are very expensive, and for me very worth it.
Question:	Can this phone work with the AT&T 1040 Small Business System
Answer:	I have bought these some time ago. I have a very noisy work place so for me is very important to avoid the background noise and good quality on voice, what I can say is that the headsets are fine, comfortable, those have a nice integration with Skype(I'm Mac user, works fine) but, in my case I was expecting more, these are not good enough. Eg: People in the other side can still hear some background noise specially when I'm talking, the other issue is that the active cancellation is not complete, you may hear a lot of background. For me the biggest downside is the hardware quality, because seems to be fragile, specially if you have to commute(which used to be my case). I'm still looking for best headsets... good luck!!!

Answer:	The unit does include the wireless earpiece which I have been told by my customers is very clear. I'm not sure what 14201-19 is but I did have to purchase Jabra LINK 14201-17 for my Polycom phone system. Hope this helps

I just wanted it on my computer - hope I did that correctly! The CD was for Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2007 with online activation - an enclosed note indicated that it was for 3. Also included was a key card (labeled 1PC) for Office Home &Student 2013.

Answer:	I have only used this phone with Microsoft Lync and Skype. With Lync all functions of the phone work including the number pad. With Skype the number pad does not work. I would imagine if cisco ip communicator worked at all with this phone, it would not utilize the keypad, but I have not tested it myself.

Answer:	The phone is designed for Microsoft Lync, now called Skype for Business. It works great, and all configuration is done through Lync. It can be used with Skype (non-business version) but only as a speaker and microphone - you cannot use the dial pad.
