Question: Which screws do you use to set up the desk? I need better instructions
Answer: Yes. I built it exactly opposite of the instructions but exactly like the photo online. All it takes is moving the support square and the table tops. You cannot switch which side the keyboard tray goes on though. It has mounting areas only on the shorter side.
Question: can the L part be set up on ether side of the desk
Answer: let me hop in my time machine and find out. It depends on how much weight you set on it would be the safest bet. It's a cheap piece of junk that is meant to last a few years. I like mine the metal frame supports the wood so unless you are bending the steel bars you should be fine. 5 months and no issues for me
