Answer:	I believe they had so many issues with installs and had to refund people... I would contact Amazon directly if you've already tried speaking to the seller.

Question:	Is this surface completely smooth or does it leave uneven pencil marks
Answer:	It's fairly smooth, but has some small ridges that would make some slight uneven pencil marks. When I write in pen, I can feel the slight texture but the ink looks fully even. But very fine pencil drawing could show it potentially
