Question: can you change height easily at anytime aka without offloading the desk
Answer: Of course! There is a lever on the side that you lift up or down to raise and lower! I do this at least ten times a day as I change from standing to sitting frequently. It is a very smooth lift up or push down! I never worry about offloading the desk!
