| Answer: | The wheels sit approximately 25" front to back. there are 5 wheels each 16" apart largest measurement is actually arm to arm coming in at 26" . Over all I'm happy with this chair to me more comfortable than a regular office chair only draw back after months of use is the bottom chair pad is larger front to back than the seat and is beginning to show depression in the padding I will probably replace it in the near future. This will be a simple fix since the bottom chair cover is zippered so that a new seat pad can just be cut and slide right in. Hope this helps. |

The customer support information (Page 4 of the assembly instructions) says for support to contact TrueInnovations dot com. Above that it says "Thank you for buying a Serta furniture piece". True Innovations has a website that has logos of many different companies, including both Serta and LaZBoy. I went to LaZBoy to look at office chairs and they told me they don't sell office chairs. When I told them "But I see LaZBoy office chairs for sale online" the sales guy said "Yes, we put our name on them." If I had to bet $100, it's not made by Serta, it's made in China, and Serta lets them put the Serta name on it. I'm sitting in this chair while I write this. I just got it, and it's a very nice and comfortable chair, and one of the nicest I could find. |
