Answer:	I'm about 160 lbs and the cushioning is supportive all day at work. Some days that's over 9 hours. My chair is several years old and has held up very well. Best office chair I've ever used.
Question:	Backrest support is very tight inside backrest? does it have to be hammered? not able to push by hand. any suggestion
Answer:	All my lever/controls work easily by hand to make all the adjustments. You should not have to use a hammer. As many as there are, it usually takes me some time to figure out which one does what adjustments, because I set it up for my comfort and leave it...until a co-working thinks it's funny to prank me by changing them. One lever locks the back from leaning back, another sets the angle, another scoots the seat forward or back to be further or closer to the back rest, and the easy one to find raises and lowers the height of the chair. Not sure by your description what motion you are going after by saying 'tight inside backrest". Is the seat too close to the back rest for the length of your legs? or is it locked in position so it won't lean back?

Answer:	Standard weight limit for any non rated chair is 250 lbs. This is as such for this chair.
Question:	can you add a head rest to the chair
Answer:	Yes you can. The head rest that works with this chair is the Lorell LLR85562. I used that same model on my chair (an officestar proline II) and it fit perfectly. You simply pop off the two caps in the holes on the back of the chair and install.
Question:	Is this chair really helpful if you have lower back pain
Answer:	I bought 2 of these, one for me and one for my son. I would not buy them again, they are not comfortable at all. They may appear to have many adjustments, but they don't seem to adjust to any comfortable position. The seats are hard and the chair itself is very big and built like a tank, and they are heavy. If you are over 250 pounds, it might be a good buy. I would not buy another one. As far as lower back, this chair is only normal/average support, there are no lumbar adjustments.

It absolutely would work, but you might want to use one of their regular guitar pickups for that. The clip on this is extremely slender-to fit through the f-hole-, and so doesn't keep the pickup in place as well as the fatter clip on their standard guitar pickup. The frequency response on the regular guitar pickup is quite good, so if I were looking for an oval mandolin pickup, I would go for the one with the fatter clip.
