Answer:	Not sure how long they last yet. I've only had it for about a month. It seems to be very well made, and I expect it to last at least as long as a normal pillow. The fill is dense, and seems like it won't clump up as fast as a normal pillow.

Answer:	The trapezoid indentation is so low, that I'm unable to place my head in the indentation without my head tilting in an awkward / downward angle. The instructions to the pillow indicate that the areas to the left and right of the indentation are used for side sleeping. I've found these areas are unusally firm and my ears become sensitive after several hours of sleeping on these areas. In addition, after 2 - 3 months of using the pillow I believe the "small" version might have been better for me (I'm 5'5" tall).

Answer:	just measured it for you! it's 20 inches wide in the middle, 18 3/4 inches at back and front. 3 1/2 to 4 inches thick. husband is 6'4" 160-70 lbs and loves this chair. i use it when he is not. i sit "Indian style" in it, i'm 5' 9" and with the extended arm rests it is perfect. buying one for myself. had it for about 4 months, held up to new kitten claws and hours of gaming and sitting at the desk. so far so good. the over all chair has a heavy base, wouldn't want it to fall on me, but so far super sturdy, not even a wiggle that suggests a tip over or coming apart. though the "reclining" back is not really a recline...it more of a bouncing aspect...great for figity people, my husband bounces his legs and i bounce in general, so when the back is locked, no bouncing/figity movement, back is kept straight, when not, it's like an adult bounce chair (love). final comment, the arms and back (where they attach to the base) allows for adjustment in how wide the arms are from the chair, and the back adjusts for a "deeper/longer" seat.

Answer:	Uhh, incorrect Maria; it does indeed have sync-knee-tilt. I'm sitting in one now, made in 2012, that I'll be replacing this month. As a brief aside, the seat cushion lasted well for about 6yrs of constant use, but the back mesh only about half that with respect to lower-back support (it stretches over time). Zero abrading wear on the mesh tho (surprising! I was worried it would abrade terribly from friction). Squeaks badly now (started this year), but could have solved that if I tried. All controls still function 100%. OP: One other thing, (never too late for knowledge, lol...) with respect to the "seat-glide mechanism" you mention, it's more a glide-position-adjustment; i.e. it only glides while you have the control held with your hand, once you let go it locks into wherever you glided it to (which can be quite far and good for leaning way back for an extended time; the lean of which can also be locked in a leaned position, or left free to rock, but not free to glide).

Answer:	The minimum height of the arms is 25.5" with the seat at 18" to a max of 31.5" at 21.5". The arms adjust from 7" to 10" above the seat. The seat adjusts from 18" to 21.5" from floor. The back extends to the top of my shoulders. I recommend this chair.

It costs $40 but it is so worth it. I have another Certa big and tall chair (it's more expensive than this one) and the gas cylinder went out after owning it for less than one year. I bought the heavy duty cylinder and never looked back. It it's lowest settings it literally boosts the chair's height 1 1/2 inches. I bought that plus "Office Chair Caster Replacement Wheels (Set of 5) Protects Floors, 3" Rollerblade Style, Universal Fit" (@ https://www.amazon.com/Office-Replacement-Protects-Rollerblade-Universal/dp/B01CGZPOK2/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1469662832&sr=8-1&keywords=rollerblade+chair+wheels) and made my big and tall chair not only rock solid but it raised the chair a total of 2 1/2 inches total at it's lowest setting.
