Question:	I hardly see any change in the tilt of the seat when operating the second lever. Is that the way it works
Answer:	I was having the same problem of not seeing movement with the middle lever. Here is what worked. Move the middle lever up (pull up). Push backwards against the back of the chair like you would in a recliner (I had to push fairly hard with my feet against the ground). The chair should then tilt back. When you have the seat where you like it, push the lever back down towards the floor to lock it in place. Hope that helps!

Answer:	The arms are fastened THIERe bottom of the seat with rather sturdy bolts. I suppose you could just leave the arms off. I find the arms very comfortable because the height is adjustable.

Answer:	The armrests bolt to the main platform of the seat, so that should be retained if you want to keep those.The upholstery is pretty nice cushioning in my opinion, but is on with staples, so you could change the fabric, foam, etc. if you want, but obviously don't expect the warranty to cover that.The main frame mechanism that bolts to the platform and sits on the piston does all the adjusting save the armrest height, so if you want to change that out, you should probably consider a different chair to begin with... As long as we're talking about modifying it:The fabric on the back is just stretched and the stretch ring is held in with phillips screws - looks pretty easy to remove.The piston is industry standard, so if you want it taller or shorter, you can swap that out.The leg/wheel assembly fits on an industry standard piston, so that could be swapped out for virtually any other.It occurs to me that, with enough spare parts, you could actually build your ideal chair from scratch, but I can honestly say that this one's a pretty good deal as-is.

Answer:	No the seat cushion has held up well and I am still comfortable after sitting for hours at a time
Question:	I understand this chair can’t “rock” back, it can only be tilted back manually. Does this bother anyone not having that feature
Answer:	I also don't have this exact chair, but my favorite office chair ever had a "flat" bottom and rocking/leaning back. I didn't realize it before having that specific chair, but when the whole seat pivots back, it places undue pressure on the back of your knees. We're just used to it because chairs where the whole thing tilts are cheaper to make. Definitely opt for a flat bottomed reclining chair - Think about it - the most expensive chair you own is the one in the driver's seat of your car, and even if you have the least expensive car with the least expensive Driver's Seat, the back *still* reclines separately from the seat bottom!

Answer:	Base model does not have the leg rest, premium does. The young lady is not included.

Answer:	Well, just like when cars are delivered to dealers with that white plastic on them, this model was delivered with clear plastic over her face. It's designed to protect her face from dents, dings, scratches, or anything else that would just her face and mar her aesthetics.

Question:	Can the arm rests be lowered or removed
Answer:	The arm rests are separate pieces of the assembly. They can't be lowered but if you don't want them, you can leave them off.
Question:	what is the lowest this chair goes? I was wanting it to fit under a vanity
Answer:	At lowest Seat is 19" and top of armrest is 25 1/2" .
Question:	How do you install the casters
Answer:	The casters just pop in. You need to push them, firmly and they will pop in place.
Question:	what is the height from the floor to the top of the arm rest when the chair is in the lowest position
Answer:	It is just about 29 inches. This height is with polyurethane wheels that did not come with the chair. These wheels seem to be slightly higher than the wheels it came with - about 1/2 inch taller.
