Answer:	Drawer interior measures 15 1/2" side to side, 13" front to back. Each drawer side is 2 1/2" tall, but that is the side structure of the drawer. The actual clearance is 3 1/2". You can see by the sideview photo, that the drawer sides are smaller than the front piece, by 1".
