Answer:	Something like an atlas will not fit, but full sized novels are no problem. In addition, you can also shelve the books laying down.

Answer:	I am sorry but I returned that unit because of cracks in the bracing bars and the difficulty putting it together by oneself. I had ordered at the same time, the Casual Home 3 Shelf Folding Stackable Bookcase, Natural that was already put together. All one needed was to unfold it. It does not come with a topper shelf since it is stackable but you can order one. Prices range depending on color. I found a pink one for 4.99 with free shipping for the second unit after mailing back this one, thinking I would repaint it. Instead I just covered it with a pretty runner. I really like the casual shelving units. Now I have not stacked them, so can not comment how how stable but would expect that it would need to be secured to a wall. These wobble slightly but they are foldable which may contribute to that. One is completely full of books, the other has one shelf of cookbooks, another full of my jars of canned goodies from the garden, another with all my bowls and yet another with staples. The shelves height for the bottom 2 are slightly less than 12 inches while the top with no topper is up to you. With a topper, the height is 9 1/2 inches.

Answer:	No, it doesn't come assembled. It came with the top (already hinged) and two sides (each already hinged). Assembly involved attaching the top to the sides and 3 cross brace bars (1 screw & 1 wood peg on each side) and then attaching each of the 3 lower shelves (1 screw & washer on each side).

Answer:	The description of the product says 25w x 11 5/8 deep by 27.5 high.

Answer:	My wife has 16 pairs on her rack, whereas I was only able to put three pairs on each rack, for a total of 12. I suppose though if you stacked each pair, instead of placing each shoe side by side on the rack, you could fit more.

Question:	It says 27-1/2 inches wide. Is that just the shelf itself, or the ENTIRE width? Is it possible it's really 30 inches
Answer:	Yes, the plastic is very pliable, but not cheap -- I've pulled mine out and shoved it back under my bed a hundred times since I bought it with no issues. As with all products with zippers, I would be careful of how I folded it to store it if I were to ever empty it -- one bend in a zipper can reek havoc! I have a Queen size bed and there is a good 2-3 feet of space left between the end of the bag and the foot of my bed. I fit about 16 winter sweaters (2 layers) in this bag, with room to spare for misc gloves/scarves, etc. It's a great product!
Question:	Can you stack another unit on top without adding additional braceing
Answer:	My door is 1 1/4" thick and it fits fine....hope this helps
Question:	Do the black rubber parts on top come out if I don't want to stack it
Answer:	They are metal, but are detachable if you want to switch them out for plastic. I was impressed with the quality of this unit. I am using it to store cleaning products. The bottles fit well & the organizer is holding up well under heavy use.

Answer:	lin this is ironman responding. these whitmor supreme garmet bags would be great for your art supplies. the"rough size" of one of these bags is 42x19x6 inches. the plastic they are made of is very thick but flexible. they have a full zipper on one side. i have used these bags to store my very "expensive clothing and valuable items and very satisfied. these bags beleive me are well worth the investment. again the quality of the plastic is unsurpassed. you are not buying a "zip lock sandwich bag". in fact thank you for the inquiry i myself am going to re-order being reminded of this product. i had not saved the info. on these bags, now i can re-order. good luck lin also in closing these are a great bar because they are very air tight for your needs. thanks again amazon for a great product. ironman brackenridge pa.
