Answer:	Spouse is over 6 ft tall, and he looks like a clown sitting in a child's chair. It's not a very big chair at all. The max weight capacity is 300 LBS, but honestly I'm half of that and after owning the chair just a few weeks it's already falling apart. Avoid it!

Answer:	This chair DOES rock as well as recline. I found that the height adjustment lever doubles as the rocking lock. If you pull the lever out, it unlocks the chair to be able to rock.

Answer:	Yes. Each pad has a piece of plastic you can remove to reveal a sticky surface. This adhesive surface hold the pad in place. I'be purchases three packages. I'm going to place them in my sandals too.
