The bonus for me was that the foam is stiff enough that the parts surrounding where I actually laid surrounded me with a cushion and it really made me feel like I was weightless. It cushioned all the joints that hurt-yay! |

To explain, I've got mine mounted on a metal hutch that in itself has a little play, so it bounces ever so slightly (if you were to mount it to wood, I'm sure you wouldn't have any bounce, or very minimal at most). The pull-out mouse tray is a bit flimsy, so we don't put much weight on it. I've had no problems with mine. I use it at work for my shipping & receiving person who has to stand, and again have had no problems it. |
