When I sit on the edge（where I am sitting directly on the edge of the mattress）, the sinkage is about 1 inch. When I stand on the edge on my feet, the sinkage is 2.5-3 inch. When I stand on the edge on only one foot, the sinkage is about 4.5 inch. I hope these dates help.

The diameter of cashmere hair is below 19μ, which means it is thinner than human hair that is 75μ. The latex layer is 1 inch thick. Density is 3.4263 lb/ft³. latex raw materials from Thailand. It is natural latex. Our coils are made of high-carbon steel wire. The guage(diameter ) of the coils is 2mm. Here are the number of coils in every size of the mattress: Twin: 496, Full: 682, Queen: 825, King: 1056. I hope those help.

Steps For Unpacking

For shipment concern, the mattress is compressed, rolled, and vacuum sealed in two packing bags - a beige inner bag and a blue outer bag. Here are some tips for unpacking:

*Lay the bag on its side,then remove the mattress out.

*Cutting the cover bag CAREFULLY with scissors. Please DO NOT use a knife, as this may result in damage to your mattress surface.

*Roll out the compressed mattress on to a clean, flat surface, fluffy side up.

*Carefully cut open the plastic bag along the edges. The mattress instantly begins to decompress. Remove the bag.

*Allow bed to fully recover before adding bed linens.It may take 48 to 72 hours to fully expend.

Answer:	No coils.Nothing but mattress. I got the firm one and find that it supports me very well and I sleep comfortably. My wife finds it a bit too firm and often complains that her bony parts hurt at times. But the foam is uniform and not at all lumpy.
Question:	When moving, can this bed be rolled to save space, similar to the 3" pad
Answer:	Save the material that the mattress comes in. If it comes in a plastic bag simply roll up your mattress, place it in a bag, and use a vacuum to extract the air. There is no weight savings but the mattress then is compact enough to be moved easily.
Question:	Is this mattress Certi-pur US certified
Answer:	No, it is not. Certipur is a certification developed by the polyurethane foam industry for polyurethane foam and does not apply to any other types of foam. Our mattress is Greenguard Gold certified and our foam is Oeko-Tex and ecoInstitute certified.
Question:	Is your warrant or return policy different if ordered through Amazon versus from your website
Answer:	The warranty is the same. If the order is fulfilled by us, the return policy will be the same. The return will go through Amazon if the order is fulfilled by Amazon. Answer:	Both have two inches of memory foam.

Answer:	I purchased this mattress in the end of July. So, I cannot say if this will last long or not. However, the mattress is medium firm and I do feel slight difference on the side of the mattress that I, normally, sleep and the side that are not used a lot.

Answer:	Not only do they not answer the question but you also have to wonder how thick the latex layer is! 10” mattress with 7” of springs. This leaves 3” and the discriptukn states 4 layers of foam. This doesn’t leave much latex.

Question:	Is the latex made in the USA
Answer:	Thanks for the interest! Our Pure Green latex foam is manufactured in Sri Lanka. Sri Lanka has a long standing natural latex foam industry which has developed around the availability of natural latex, harvested from rubber trees grown on the island. Choosing to sell foam made in Sri Lanka has much more to do with quality than price. While we would love to sell foam that is made in the USA, there simply are not any manufacturers in the USA who can match the quality of the foam we currently sell. Most of the latex foam that you will find that is made in the USA is made through the continuous line process, which yields a significantly lower quality product.
Question:	Is this a firm topper? And does it last? Thanks
Answer:	1) I ordered "soft" after much research. Many suggested to do so as the others are just too firm. I have a couple 3" twin size and they are wonderful for extremely hard mattresses....and I've used a 3" topper to camp directly on the floor. So, to answer your question: Soft enough to comfort these old bones yet dense enough to cushion against a hard surface. Should you wish to Firm a too soft bed I've read you can do that by ordering the firmer density, and need not go a full 3" either. Hope that helps.2) They do last very nicely (so far) but you MUST buy a thin mattress pad or cover to keep from chewing the surface up. They are naturally anti-biotic, fairly heavy, and the smartest investment I ever made on Amazon.
Question:	Which firmness would you recommend for a side sleeper with sciatica and hip pain
Answer:	Side sleepers are usually best with Soft toppers, which are most effective at adding plenty of comfort and softness at 2 and 3 inch thicknesses. If you're hoping to add plenty of give and "forgiveness" to your bed, while gently carrying your hips far above a firm surface, the 3" Soft is definitely the best tool for the job.
Question:	is this talalay or dunlop latex
Answer:	Thanks for the interest!Our foam is made through the Dunlop process. We use the dunlop process because we believe dunlop process foam works better for more people. Some people do have a preference for Talalay process foam, but many do not like the "bouncy" feel of talalay foam. While Dunlop foam is springy, it is not "bouncy" like talalay foam, and in our experience, works better for more people.To just be clear, we use only natural latex in our foam. We never use any synthetic latex in any of our foam.

Question:	Are there directions for how to set up this mattress/how long you have to let it rise
Answer:	There were no directions but it was easy. I carefully cut the box away and carefully took the packaging plastic off, and that released it so that it unrolled itself. We let it sit for about a week, while waiting for a new bed frame to arrive and get assembled. Moving the unrolled & expanded queen-size mattress from one room to another and up onto the bed frame was a struggle (for my son and me). So I suggest that if you can you should unpackage & unroll it directly on your bed frame, then give it a few days to expand. That will minimize any wrestling with the mattress. We really like the mattress and are glad we bought it, but I have to admit it is hard to move.
