Question:	Would anyone recommend getting this instead of a pack-and-play? I'm trying to decide if I need both or if I could use this product regularly indoors
Answer:	We have both. The Pea Pod is great for sleeping while traveling, but for every day around the house, a small child is NOT going to be happy in the pea pod. We have a one year old and the pack in play is great for when i need to contain him in another room for a short while. We used the pea pod while on vacation in Hawaii. It fit into my carry on luggage and is easy to put up and then fold up... but i definitely recommend a pack n play for home.
Question:	Could I use this on a bed to keep my child from rolling off
Answer:	I wouldn't. It's not structured enough to resist a child leaning against it. I haven't tested that but I think if a child is old enough to kneel up and push on the sides they could roll the tent. Especially on a soft surface like a bed.
Question:	Can we use this for month old baby? The specs say it is for ages
Answer:	In my honest opinion, just because some do it under 1 and “it’s just fine” does not mean you should. The manufacturer puts a recommendation on age for a reason. Carelessly ignoring this could put your baby in danger! The best thing you can do is go by what the product says because it has been safety tested and regulated as such.

Question:	My son is a hot sleeper. What can I lay down so that he doesn't lay on the plastic and stays put
Answer:	We found a 1 inch thick pad that is approximately the size of the floor of the Peapod. It's actually intended to be a dog bed haha. We covered that with a soft infant changing pad cover and that serves as the mattress and fitted sheet. We push the pad as far to the foot of the pod as possible, and place his pillow at the top. He wasn't sleeping well on the plastic because he's hot natured and its loud whenever they roll over. He's sleeping great in it and loves it a lot. He uses it very frequently because it is his bed at grandma's house and we have done a lot of travel with it since getting the pod. (For reference, my son is 2.5)
Question:	Can this be tethered to the ground
Answer:	No. There are no floor anchor loops.
Question:	Does it come with any kind of "mattress" or one that you could buy? We are looking for something to use when we travel to use as a bed on the floor
Answer:	It does come with a pad that attaches to the underside of the tent, about the thickness of a sleeping bag. We have used it many times for travel as a bed on the floor, and our daughter was quite comfortable.

Answer:	The plus is bigger. I have a 2.5 yr old daughter (on the tall side) and the plus allows her a lot more room. The regular model is too small for a growing toddler.....better suited for an older infant.

Answer:	I do not believe you can modify the length much; it is the height that is adjustable. The bottom piece that would affect the height is taken apart into two separate rods to put under the mattress

Answer:	This works with a convertible crib that has just the mattress but it still tilts the mattress, at least that was the experience I had with it. I honestly did not like this and would not recommend it.

Answer:	If I recall correctly... it's 8 to 10 inches from the top of the mattress.

Question:	how thick is the mattress
Answer:	I would estimate 1/2- 3/4 inch in thickness.
Question:	How much does this weigh
Answer:	I think it weighs about 10 lbs. It's pretty light. One thing to note it definitely takes a little longer to assemble than a typical pack n play and it doesn't easily move from one room to the next assembled because it doesn't fit through doorways.
Question:	Will this fit in a suitcase
Answer:	In a very large suitcase yes, it will... And then just a shallow layer of clothes can fit around it. I chose to put it in a suitcase for air travel. I also stuffed clothes inside the travelpod bag (there's a little extra room in the bag) and then packed it to save room.
Question:	Would a 32 in. Tall 2 year old fit in this
Answer:	They would be more likely to tip it over. It's very light and my child had no problem almost getting it to fall over onto its side when she was only a year old.

Answer:	I would assume there has been a greater demand for the gray therefore the price is higher. I have the blue and it's a very nice color.

Answer:	It is as long as a twin bed but much more narrow. Crib sheets would be too small. I’m using twin sheets but there’s a lot of excess on the sides.

Answer:	This was advertised as a twin size when I bought it a few days ago. It's arrived and the listing has been changed and the photo removed...someone else likely complained. But it is a SINGLE at 25" wide, NOT a 38" wide twin.

Answer:	Yes it does. If it is on a good carpet, it probably does ok. BUT on a hard floor it isn't thick enough. Maybe if you bought two it would be ok but one on a hard wood floor is very uncomfortable.

Question:	Can this rollaway bed be used with a regular mattress
Answer:	Yes. I bought this bed to use during recoverly from a surgery that prevented me from going upstairs to our bedroom. As delived and set up, it was very low to the floor. I put a single bed mattress on top of the foam mattress and it was perfect. Also, I am in my 70's, and not good at assembling things. I managed all myself. This was great find.

Answer:	There is a only few things that need to be assembled....like the wheels that go on the bottom and i believe two pieces that go in at each end of the bed....the bed is so comfortable

Answer:	I am 6'1" and weigh between 215-220lbs and found this bed very comfortable. We chose this Diplomat over the other model with the "trampoline type springs" because of its advertised sturdiness...we are not disappointed. If too stiff, it is much easier to add an additional foam mattress cover, though the 5in thick dense foam mattress it comes with is fine for us.

Answer:	You'll probably want to take the caster to your local hardware store for an exact match as it's a threaded bolt w/nut set up, and the wheel is permanently mounted. Shouldn't be any problem though if you keep it on carpet.

Answer:	It is about 16 inches off the ground, plenty of space between your guest and the floor. The bed is very very comfortable according to my guests so I think I bought a winner.

Answer:	No, it does not. I e-mailed the manufacturer to ask. KidCo responded: "The GoPod material is flame resistant to ASTM standards and is not chemically treated."

Answer:	Yes! It's easy to travel with and use in an air port, when stored in the bag it comes with it fits perfect in a bin or could be checked with a stroller at the gate
Question:	What are the height and weight limits for this
Answer:	I just measure mine...the legs are ajustable to about 19 to 22 inches...however the seat sits lower then the legs...i first need towels to prop up the babies...but not for long...as for the weight...my guess is like most everything for babies...30 lbs...but i think most babies will need more well before they reach 30 lbs...my twin gandbabies spent lots of time in them...from about 4 months till just this past month..at 8 months...they needed more stimulation then they were getting in the stationary play station...so we just got walkers for them...but both my husband and i feel they were well worth the investment because of all the time it offered us to do something else beside hold them...not to mention how much they both loved sitting in them...hope this helps...

I ordered two types of futons and combined them with a fitted mattress pad cover. 2 people slept on them plus luggage road on top at times. 2 weeks in back of Jeep and they were just like new when I rolled them up and placed in duffel bags Combined weight of two of us approx 380 -400 pounds. Memory foam showed no signs of going senile.
