Answer:	Yes. I bought this bed to use during recoverly from a surgery that prevented me from going upstairs to our bedroom. As delived and set up, it was very low to the floor. I put a single bed mattress on top of the foam mattress and it was perfect. Also, I am in my 70's, and not good at assembling things. I managed all myself. This was great find.

We chose this Diplomat over the other model with the "trampoline type springs" because of its advertised sturdiness...we are not disappointed. We have friends come up to stay over during deer season who are heavier than me and are sure to find this bed supportive. If too stiff, it is much easier to add an additional foam mattress cover, though the 5in thick dense foam mattress it comes with is fine for us.

Answer:	I ordered 2 in a single order. (They are both nice & exactly what we wanted for grandkids sleepovers). One arrived promptly and one was delayed due to weather & health conditions. It was a little confusing wondering if the order was closed or still considered open during the delay and since there is no apparent difference in price, in retrospect I would have ordered each one separately. This way the status of the order isn't in doubt if part of it gets delayed.
Question:	What is Return policy on this? I’m nervous my daughter won’t like it and I don’t want to spend this much money if she won’t like sleeping on it
Answer:	Its pretty firm and wide enough for a teen.
Question:	What are the magic sticks? is it just velcro together
Answer:	Velcro on both sides but when I leaned back you could hear it coming apart a bit.
Question:	Can I lean back into it?? I have a floor setup and would like to sit back and upright
Answer:	It’s got a strip of Velcro on each side. I am an adult and I leaned back into it. It held me upright but not straight up.

Answer:	Unfortunate, BUT! That just means your sights would have to be set on another brand rather that this model from Kohls.
Question:	does thi have a secondary never flat pump
Answer:	I have to use a king fitted sheet but queen flat sheets and bedding work fine. I can squeeze the queen fitted sheet on but it’s tight and would pop off easily during the night I believe.
Question:	Is pump auto sensing (220v) if used outside us? that is, what does the label say on the side about input voltage? thank you
Answer:	The manual specifies 110-120v only.
Question:	Do they honor their one year warranty for holes
Answer:	No! I had one of these. I really loved it but it got wrecked from doing that.

Answer:	It is not set up that way, but you could put a couple of C clamps on the underside of the frame to hold 2 beds together.

Answer:	It has a strap at the top that you unclip, it opens easily and unfolds. It's on rollers when its folded up so its easy to move around.
Question:	Can you feel those cross bars, it serms likd sleep sofas have them and it becomes uncomfortable
Answer:	No you cannot feel the crossbars. The mattress is much better than any sofa beds mattress. My adult son says it’s great and he’s 6’ 2”
