Question:	What is the estimated time to put together
Answer:	I’m a general contractor and was really surprised that there were (literally) 600 to 800 pieces. I think a lot more could be pre-assembled in the factory to reduce home assembly time. Once I had everything unboxed and laid out it took about 3.5 to 4 hours since the directions were vague and had to keep moving my beer around. Had I known it would take that long I might have just built some myself in my shop. That said, once assembled and installed the kids really like them and the finish seems to be holding up well. The storage area under the stairs is a great feature not to mention having stairs instead of a ladder for safety.

I already had a regular size twin, and bought the full and trundle twin at Sam's Club. The trundle mattress is not as high as a regular one. You might be able to use a regular twin in the trundle bed, but the one I have has the pillow top, which makes it too thick for the drawer.
