Answer:	Haha yea it’s sturdy! mine has lasted this long but I pushed it against the wall (headboard side) to reduce movement. I also avoid doin adult activities horizontally on it because it does move a lot that way. Those wood slats are pretty strong for what goes on. So, squeaking isn’t a problem this far and I have not cracked it.

Step 1 is to put one of the sides on each head/foot (the two pieces will look identical at this point) Step 2 is then to screw these two sides together.
