Answer:	There is no 'bulged tube' with this kit. They did include some screw-in hooks to hang the divider from a ceiling or overhang, but there is no tube of any kind included with this. Other than the hooks, you would need to devise your own method of hanging it up. Hope this helps.
Question:	These are hard pvc? ie: Won't bend
Answer:	Yes, they will bend because they're very thin...but very durable too. I wouldn't worry about themin weather, rain won't hurt them; if fact, if they're outside, they could be hosed off if they got dusty or weather streaked, etc. Wind could hurt them, I suppose, if it was really really windy and they were just flapping around; however, if it was a super windy day and they were outside, I'd want to anchor the lower corners with rope or cord or something. The lazer cuts make air able to pass through them, so there's that, as well. 'Hope this helps.

Answer:	Sorry, I'm just done with this. This will be my last answer: I didn't try to cut it, why would I? it's very thin PVC, so I guess you could. The design is all lazer cut, so?............ It's so cheap, buy it and try it, do whatever with it. I was hoping to put it in a standing framed room divider, but I don't have a place to build things, so I sold it to someone who needed a space-divider in her office. It's attractive when it's all together and could hang in many different scenarios. Sorry if I sound snippy...I guess maybe I never thought I'd have to answer so many questions about this thing.
