Question:	Can you remove a shelf? Would like to add trash can at the bottom
Answer:	I would place lower shelf all the way to the bottom and set trash can on it then place other shelves where you want. This would keep shelving unit stable. If you need to leave one shelf off keep it and the plastic brackets in case you want to add later.
Question:	Can i buy one additional shelf for the unit i just purchased? it is so sturdy and i would like one more shelf for the very top. thank you
Answer:	Yes, and you can buy a bag of sleeves here for pennies. I have about 10 sets of shelves that I’ve bought here, Walmart, Aldis. The legs are all the same diameter so I’ve been able to interchange shelves to get what I want. The only issue I’ve had is the size of the shelves. Like others have said, check your measurements. If you use the shelf liners do some comparison shopping. Wide difference in price for same thing. I also found a heavy plastic shelf liner roll I can cut to fit. It has tiny parallel ridges that require cleaning with with a nap- like terry- but glasses sitting upside down can breathe so no “bad breath”. Items can be put away still damp as the ridges allow air to move. Love these wire shelves.

Answer:	Only a small microwave. Unit isn't really sturdy enough for larger appliances.
Question:	Are these the industrial size poles that are 1" so I can use shelves I already own
Answer:	The poles we received with the three shelf unit were only 0.75 inches in diameter. The industrial size poles are usually a 1 inch diameter, and are not compatible with the parts we received in this unit.

Answer:	Hi Theresa, thank you for your question. These are disposable glasses, so they will gradually become scratched over time and need replacing. We typically use them for 4-6 months (almost daily) before having to replace them. I don’t offer a 6 month warranty, however if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, I will refund your money. Answer:	We currently do not offer a lid for these as they are not an insulated cup and are a single wall cup - most lids are made for a double-wall glass. However we are releasing a new double-wall cup very soon that does have a lid so please keep an eye out for that!
Question:	can you keep the cups in the freezer
Answer:	Hi there - it certainly won't hurt the cups to do so but we wouldn't recommend it as they are metal cups and would be too cold to hold comfortably when removed from freezer. If you are looking to keep your beverage chilled, you could check out our insulated wine tumblers with lids which are also a metal cup but they are double-wall vacuum insulated to keep your beverage cold for up to 9 hours. Answer:	There are 4 sealed bags each with 18 pods. So all together it is 72 pods. (For my taste, it seems to get a strong enough coffee, 2 pods are needed per larger cup.

Answer:	Sorry for the delay in responding. Each bag is 3.92 oz and contains 16 "pods" 4 x 16 = 64 pods. I use them in my mini Mr. Coffee machine that makes 4 cups. I don't have a senseo machine but they work well for my mini coffee machine. Perfect for me. The coffee taste good. If I ever want a stronger batch then I use 2 pods. Good luck with your purchase. I myself have no complaints.

Answer:	I have ordered the same coffee and just love it. Are you using bottled water? Are you rinsing your Senseo's pod holder? If you like strong coffee you might want to go back to medium roast. You could also place two pods in the coffee maker - making sure to use the little implement...

Answer:	If you have the black Keurig loose coffee attachment you can put the senseo bag in the refill and use as you would a pod. These come in little bags; comparable to tea bags. So, if you have the black Keurig attachment used when you use loose coffee then yes, use these. One bag makes 6 oz of coffee. Cannot use as a pod though since machine expect to perforate a foil lid and there to be a plastic pod to perforate. Use attachment

Answer:	I find when stripping URD or overhead triplex/quadplex I have to use the 2/O for 1/O, 3/O for 2/O, 4/O for 3/O, and the 250mcm for 4/O. This is due to the thickness of the insulation. Something to note is you'll want to score where you want to stop stripping since it's hollow and can pass-through the other side.

Answer:	Cable awg 4/0 has outside diameter 0.636" can use with this tool.
Question:	Where are these made
Answer:	Their website says wires up to 1-1/8" in diameter. It does better with round or nearly round cables so we're talking about NMD up to #3/3 but when you get that big, a paring knife works better. I use mine for 14/3, 12/3, 10/3 NMD and #14 through #6 teck cable inner and outer jackets. It's not perfect but its worth having in your kit.

Answer:	It’s identical to the color displayed in the promotional pictures above, if that’s your concern. If you’re colorblind, I’d describe it as similar to a green apple that’s on the slightly darker side.
Question:	is this machine washable
Answer:	Yes, it is. I recommend using the suggested velcro tips for washing. If there’s any fuzz stuck on it, clean it with a dry toothbrush to remove it. Then make sure you clasp the velcro together to protect its stickiness. That should be enough, but you can also use a garment bag with the above steps for extra protection if you’re still worried.
