Answer:	no bedskirt. not sure why "chenille" is in description, has a shiny finish and snags easily. I bought because it has a zip out liner and is machine washable. no blanket needed liner is fiber fill.

Answer:	It comes with the filler. There is a zipper to remove the filler portion. There are fabric ties in each corner on the inside of the cover to tie the filler so it doesn't move around so much. It still moves a little though. Either way I still love this. It's heavy but not to overly hot. It launder well also. I separated the cover from the filler and washed/dryed each one separate at home.
