Question:	Is the head portion of the pillow low medium or high? Side midium or firm
Answer:	I would say the head area is flatter than the rest of the pillow. Nothing about the pillow was firm to me and I ended up throwing it away. It gets lumpy after a couple of uses.

Answer:	I don’t think it’s possible, when I laid back on mine the outer stitching was pulled so tight when it was sewn it started popping, mine also quickly developed gaps and the stuffing didn’t redistribute itself at all, I haven’t tried to take the cover off because of the stitches already popping lose etc it may get worse and not be able put it back on... I left review about these issues and seller never reached out or commented to try to inquire about the issues etc

I also sleep w/3 heating pads year round bcuz I have fibromyalgia & neuropathy. havent noticed that it does either (keep u cool or keep u warm). I will say I absolutely LOVE mine because it helps support the back, neck & knees when you are sleeping. It also helps minimize morning headaches & stiff neck. Plus it can b folded back as a back rest when your watching TV. Hope that helps. If not, please feel free to white me back. But I absolutely LOVE mine & hate it when I'm on vacation & cant take it with me. When you 1st get it, IG comes vacuum sealed n a smaller package. Once you take it out of the vacuum seal, its good to go & the cover unzips & is machine washable.

Question:	feet seems like it would be too big for a 150cm x 50cm dakimakura case. How many people have bought it for that purpose
Answer:	I actually purchased 2 as I like my dakimakura pillows much firmer and heavier than most. I took the stuffing from both inside of the bamboo case for one, then put on an oppai cover case on that, and then put the second bamboo case over that and then finally the dakimakura cover onto that. Below is same list as above ordered from inside to outside. Stuffing Bamboo cover Oppai Velcro cover with oppai Bamboo cover Dakimakura I have to say I have had no issues with this configuration and the 150cm x 50cm dakimakura had been fine, with absolutely no tearing or braking of the seams. There is a little extra of the bamboo covers when you pack the foam in but it folds over near the bottom and if you pack it well once the foam expands you never notice. I am sure that if you only did one of the pillows you could get the same result.

Answer:	It's not filled with feathers. It's a soft, fluffy material that's wonderful to sleep on and you can flatten it out if you prefer it that way or have it high. It all depends on what you like. I love my pillow and can sleep on nothing else.
Question:	Will it help me sleep on my back and not roll on my side
Answer:	It might help you with that. You may feel the sides of the pillow if you try turning over while sleeping.
Question:	Shoulder pain
Answer:	Hi, I ordered it for my husband who has scoliosis and a pinched nerve in his neck. Shoulder pain wasn't one of his problems so I cannot speak to that. However, he used to use 5 bed pillows at night for support. Now he only used this body pillow and swears by it. My thought is that it will support whatever you need it to and it ensures a very comfortable sleep. Not only does my 13 year old daughter try to confiscate this constantly, but my other adult daughter suffers with TMJ and has to sleep a certain way. After trying Dad's once, she was sold!!!! It is flexible enough to move into whatever position you need, but it is NOT limp noodle. It really does provide great support for your entire body. Good luck and I hope you feel better soon.
Question:	Does the pillow come with a cover
Answer:	I've been using the zip cover that comes with it as a protector, and made a couple of pillow cases to use over it, hoping to avoid getting sweat stains or anything gross like that on the pillow itself. I was afraid at first that the pillow might not hold up well, so I didn't want to take the zip cover off as often, but after about 6 months everything is still in good shape! (In case anyone wants to go this route and save a bit on buying their pillow cases, a twin size flat sheet is about the right size to make a cover for this pillow)

Answer:	you can get replacement pillow cases from the manufacturer which is Avana Comfort...it took me a long time investigating this. My pillow case lasted a long time and I put it in laundry machine many times but eventually it did start to fall apart. Do not put it in dryer. Let it dry naturally. The phone # for pillow cases is 770 246 6400.
Question:	Does this pillow go flat after a few months like so many others
Answer:	I’ve bought two and neither have flattened. This pillow is not at all like the cheap ones out there, it’s very sturdy and should last quite some time. It is a bit on the stiff side but does exactly what it’s suppose to do. The cheap one I originally bought has now become my husbands tractor seat pillow!
Question:	Is there any warranty or guarantee on this pillow
Answer:	I don't think so, but you can return it if you don't like it. I didn't really like it.
Question:	Did anyone who purchased this suffer from carpal tunnel? If so, has it helped? I wake up with numb and painful hands regularly due to side sleeping
Answer:	This pillow might be worth a try for you. I had both frozen shoulder and carpal tunnel. Pillows are a personal preference. This is a heavier and firmer pillow but if you are a side sleeper you are able to line your neck and body up better to relieve pressure points so that you are not laying on your hand . Also you might even find you can sleep on your back with this pillow like I have. I love this pillow and would highly recommend it You might even be able to get some sleep without pain or lesser pain like I have found .
