Question: is it a firm mattress
Answer: I myself cannot sleep on a firm mattress. This mattress is a little firm when you first lay on it but it takes shape to your body and is more towards medium. If you are going from a spring mattress, I can say it is a completely different feeling and just give it a chance. I haven't had a aching morning since we had this mattress and it's been almost 2 months now.

Answer: We tried a Nectar mattress for several months-hubs liked it but it was way too firm for me. Contacted Amazon’s return department and they transferred us to the “special returns” rep. We were told we could donate, keep, or dispose of the Nectar mattress any way we chose and a refund was issued. This took several calls to Amazon to find out, however.

Answer: I just got this 10" mattress in May and it's FIRM. I'm 5'2" and 105 pounds so for me it is very firm. My friend who weighs about 200 said she liked it. It's in my guest room so when my other friend who's about 130 sleeps on it, I'll see how she likes it. She has the 14" version with the charcoal and bamboo and LOVES it so that's why I got this one plus it's described as medium plush. If I have to add a 4 inch gel soft topper, I will.

Answer: i have this mattress for 3 years , i am a 450 lb woman and i put it on a base of a piece of plywood on the standard bed frame. I sleep just fine on it and am about to buy another one for my other bedroom. as a person who wears out mattresses pretty often, bcz of my weight , a 1000 dollar mattress lasts less time than this one has so far and it has some more good years left in it. so i'd say for what you're paying yes its good quality!

Answer: If the nuts are self locking, meaning they have nylon inserts. They should not be run completely to the end of the threaded rods. That would ruin the locking ability of the hardware.
Question: does the foundation come with the mattress
Answer: The same ones you would use for a regular swing. I chose the one with the long bolt the goes completely through the beam and a nut gets screwed on the other side. The ones I chose cost $13 at HD. If you go to HD website it’s model # A24508. That was just my preference.

Answer: stand-Up Swing is design to hang from a standard 8' high swing beam. It does not come with swing hangers. You would need to make sure what you are attaching it to has some kind of swing hanger.
