Answer:	I used mine in my mattress but am planning on buying another for my box spring. I wouldn't see why it wouldn't work. I put mine on a pillowtop mattress and it was still a little big.

Everything went smoothly, and I haven't seen any bed bugs in my place for months. I had a couple mosquito bites from yesterday (saw them this morning), but these are different from bed bug bites (more itchy and no breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
