Honestly, my windows have been shut with the air on so if all my windows were open to air out the room, it prob wouldn't be such a strong smell.

Answer:	Yes, it does come vacuum sealed. Very thick and comfy! Bulky to travel tho.

Answer:	Personally, I think it’s medium firm. You don’t quite “sink” into it. But it definitely is softer than being on a firm mattress. That’s why we bought it. Cause our mattress was too firm for my husband. This topper made it perfect for him.
Question:	I am a very hot sleeper...is this pad actually “cooling” like the description says
Answer:	Just received it yesterday.. I let it set up and slept on it last night and it was awful. It mad me so hot. Hopefully I’ll have a better sleep tonight

Question:	has anyoe tried the 1.5 inch on an existing memory foam mattress
Answer:	I tried it on my original mattress which is fairly hard and it feels amazing. Great mix of comfort and not feeling like a marshmallow you sink into. I can't comment on it in top of a memory foam mattress but if it is a fairly dense mattress for support it will be a great fit. You won't think so feeling by hand but after sleeping on it the depth was great.
Question:	How long does it really take to arrive
Answer:	When you buy it they give you a delivery date, that would be how long it takes.
Question:	does anybody use this topper upsidedown? so that the flat side is up and the egg carton divots face down
Answer:	I do, and I actually prefer it this way. I didn't like the egg cradle way, thought the topper is almost useless.
Question:	should I put the mattress pad over or under this pad
Answer:	We recommend putting the mattress pad over the topper.
