Answer:	The packaging details did not specify whether the lavender scent was natural or synthetic. I can, however, tell you that both my husband & I have severe allergy & sinus problems but we were not affected by the lavender scent. It is very subtle & not over powering.

The second I opened the package the lavander smell was overbearing, butttt once it got on my mattress and under the sheets I only strongly smelt it for the first night but I slept like a baby. Honestly, my windows have been shut with the air on so if all my windows were open to air out the room, it prob wouldn't be such a strong smell.

Answer:	People shouldn't answer this question as though this gentleman is the only person of millions of Amazon shoppers that wondered if a "stylus" pen light actually had a usable stylus on the cap end, I was curious as well which is why I came to the answered questions. Question:	Where is this made
Answer:	Hi Mindy. Our toppers are manufactured in China and then shipped to the US, UK and Europe where they’re stored in Amazon warehouses ready for dispatch to our customers. If you’re worried about Coronavirus contamination, please be assured that the products are sterile, vacuum sealed and then the length of time for shipping and storage means that the likelihood that your item would contain any virus particles upon arrival is infinitesimal. If this is something that worries you, the best suggestion we can make is to tumble dry your item on a warm heat for 30 mins to 1 hour which will help to kill off any pathogens. We advise doing this anyway and continuing to do it every 2 weeks thereafter - this helps to keep the fibres nice and fluffy and help to maintain its loft. Any other queries, please let me know. Answer:	Our 3 inch topper is a more premium version of the 2 inch topper, it features a 100% Jacquard cotton cover and is filled with 6D microfiber filling. The 2 inch has a microfiber cover and is filled with 2 inches of 0.9D microfiber filling. Kind regards, Sally
Question:	Has anyone tried placing two of these toppers together? Would it feel like sleeping on clouds? That's what I want
Answer:	I haven’t tried placing two of them together. I think that it would work, though, because the elastic straps on the corners are stretchy enough to go over the first topper and the mattress itself. It comes in a vacuum sealed bag so when you throw it in the dryer when you open it then it fluffs up. I throw mine in the dryer about every other week. It feels like sleeping on a cloud but adding a second one would make it even better. That’s a good idea so now I’m gonna think about doing that too!
Question:	Are the boxes sewn all the way through so that the fibers don't shift around
Answer:	I have been using mine for about a week and i have not seen any shifting. It appears to be solidly sewn all the way through. So far it's very stable and comfortable. highly recommend

Fluffing

After opening the package, allow your topper to fluff up to its original loft. The best way to achieve this is to use a tumble dryer on a low heat for 30 minutes. Please note: your topper does not need to be washed before use, so tumble dry it to recover its plushness when it is dry.

Maintenance

To maintain a plush loft and fluffy cushioning, regularly tumble dry your topper on a low heat. Wash bi-annually at most. Store in a bag in a dry cupboard when not in use.

Wash Care
