Answer:	It comes rolled up and wrapped in plastic which you cut away very carefully. Then you roll it out and let it stand a few hours until it decompresses. Lay it on top of your regular spring mattress then use the quilted cover that came with it and put it on over the memory foam and your regular mattress. Then I put a regular sheet on top of the quilted cover.

Answer:	No the fitted sheet goes on easily. Keep in mind the topper adds an additional 3 inches to the your mattress. Due to the straps that secure the topper to your current mattress it is not possible to use a fitted sheet on the topper only. In order for the sheet to fit over both the topper and your current mattress you definitely need a deep pocket fitted sheet at least 10-12 inches or more depending on your mattress. Deep pocket fitted sheets are easily available from many stores. Also it should be noted that you will no longer need a mattress cover on your current mattress as the topper sits on top and comes with it's own washable cover. Hope this helps.
