Answer:	I usually hate memory foam because it is hot and smells funny. This mattress topper is comfortable, does conform to my body and does spring back pretty well (when I get up to go to the bathroom, etc.) and overall has helped me to sleep better. And it is NOT hot and has no odor.

Answer:	I’ve had mine about 1.5 years and it’s just like new. I did encase it and my mattress in a waterproof bug proof zip around encasing though so it was never exposed to dust, sweat or anything. It is probably dust and sweat and cellular debris settling into the pores of the foam that reduces its effectiveness over time. Consider a full mattress encasememt type cover that is waterproof and bedbug proof.

Answer:	Forget what the advertising says. I am 6ft, 220lbs and this is extremely soft to the point that you sink in it, sleep crooked all night and wake up in pain. Even my wife, who's been looking for a soft mattress topper, said the same thing and she is 5'8'', 130 lbs. Otherwise quality product and materials but not for us. Would buy from Viscosoft again, just not sure is they make a more firm mattress

Am not positive it wasn't mentioned in the directions or packaging, but my FULL XL size that I ordered came tightly wrapped in plastic inside of a box & to my surprise there was a very thin, almost papery thin cloth covering over the topper. I went ahead & left it on because it doesn't seem to hinder performance in any way.

Answer:	I had 5 level microsurgery on my C Spine 10 years ago. I now have low back pain with sciatica on the left. I have a Select Number bed with a pillow top. My low back and hips had too much pressure on the mattress causing poor sleep, constant changing position and pain. Since I put this on my bed, all of that is better, I sleep well. My mattress is firm but the mattress topper relieves pressure points. I love it. I don't know the density answer, but the 4 inches added makes a huge difference.

Question:	Why is it so hot during the summertime
Answer:	i washed it when i received it because it had a dye odor. it totally disintegrated, and what a mess. do not know what the fill was, but it was everywhere. my washer was full of nasty grey fill. when i took it out of the washer the fill went everywhere so it may be that type of that causes it to retain heat. i had to just throw it away because i had no one to help me pack it up.

Answer:	I don’t find that I can make “poems” from the words that I pick out. But, what I do is use the words and colors to set the theme for a poem. This isn’t a game for me and I use it to just spend some quiet time playing with words. It is very relaxing and sparks creativity. If I just leave it out on the coffee table, other family members will gravitate to it and make sets of words. Sometimes it starts a conversation, gets a laugh, or becomes a collaborative project. I absolutely love these cards. But, I think if you are hoping to make high quality poems with these words, it could be disappointing. For example, last time I used them I pulled: Sage Brush, black hole, concrete, and showtime (among others). Uhmm...what kind of poem do you make out of those? But, then I pulled “coral” and it got me thinking how I find black holes and the deep sea to be equally mysterious and I wrote a free flow page in my journal about these two environments. A great poem it was not, a fun writing and creativity prompt, absolutely.

Answer:	The guts are the exact same. Both weigh the same. The layers are the same. The prima sleep and olee sleep are the exact same on the inside as well. Both made by Grantec (double check. It's in info on both mattresses) Why they claim one is softer or firm or plush is beyond me. Just Google the manufacturer and do your research. I also see where they have different 1st time on Amazon by 2 years, I believe. If so, the mattresses do what electronics do...change the face, but keep the body. All about "cosmetics". Again, 1st Amazon day is posted. I've handed you info. Now do your research and make that deal! Hint: You're looking for the queen that's cheaper than the full in 1 of the brand's. That's your best deal. Find it. You got this!

Answer:	A lot of times this can show it’s Incased with a thin layer of fiber glass or formaldehyde based for flame retardant purposes that can be very harmful to your health & costly(because fiber glass can go through the cover over time & can be harder to get rid of than bed bugs/roaches). It can say it’s organic & CeritpurUS or whatever & even organic because they’re legal flame retardants. That’s what happened to me. I got one of the more expensive of the cost effective ones(starts with a Z) but they don’t have to tell you. So PLEASE ask the manufacturer before you buy. There should ALWAYS be a contact information. It’s not worth your health or $$. Again I’m not saying this is the case with this mattress but I know a lot of even expensive ones don’t have to tell you. Also a red flag that it says “don’t remove” cover. Some you can remove cover but will need to use on a high metal grid based platform(no wood or box springs) to get air to it so their are some affordable options(hopefully this is one since I need another but will be contacting manufacturer). I had to throw away everything in my room & get my whole house professionally cleaned because fiber glass is like glass dust with the one I bought. Not to mention the health effects. So please contact manufacturer about what makes it flame retardant especially ask about fiber glass & formaldehyde. If it’s a thick cover you MIGHT be okay with fiber glass? Still looking up effects

Use RECCI cutter to carefully cut open the plastic seal and unroll the mattress topper.

Step 2: Remove

Unzip and remove the cover COMPLETELY, make sure the cover is totally separated from foam core so that it won’t prevent the topper from expanding.
