| Answer: | If your blanket control is blinking, please unplug from wall outlet and unplug cord from blanket. Then plug cord into blanket and then plug into wall outlet. This should reset blanket, if not, repeat once again. |

| Question: | I have a sleep number with adjustable head and foot. Will this work on it when head and/or foot raised without comming off |
| Answer: | No, you should not use a heated mattress pad or warming layer with an adjustable bed. I have a Sleep Number bed that is adjustable. I purchased a Sleep Number bed "warming layer", thats what they call it, for a Christmas present for us. When we went to make the bed, my husband noticed on the packaging, "Do Not Use With An Adjustable Foundation Bed". So, I called the Sleep Number customer service number and was told to return it for a full refund because it becomes a fire hazard with the constant rising and lowering of the bed. It bends the wires/coils over time and makes it dangerous to use. They said they are working on the technology to create one that can be used with an adjustable bed. They also said if we nevered used the adjustable feature it would be safe to use, however, my husband and I set up the head of the bed to watch tv every night. I hope this helps! |
