Answer:	I have a power bed .... but pad only lasted 7 months.... only 3 months of use. Nothing to do with the power bed I would imagine. I think the matress pad wires just broke from laying in them.

Answer:	I bought the Full size and the plug is dead center and perfectly placed so the heel(s) of my feet land on it. So basically my feet hit it all the time and it's rather annoying. Not as annoying as the low power output, which is enough to break the chill of a cold bed but warm is not a word I'd use. So if you get it you may want to put the plug on the head side, but I don't do this because I did that with my last pad and the pillow held the heat in so the insulation on the wires and the blanket around them had turned brown. Clearly a potential fire hazard but that pad had three times the power of this one so I doubt this one is a risk, but something to think about.

Answer:	I suspect the control is not properly connected to mattress. Perhaps unplugging and re-plugging it will solve the problem.

Answer:	At the time I bought the 1st one (2010) the warranty was 5 years. One of the controllers malfunctioned twice during that time. I called for advice about how I might repair them or request a new controller. Both times, they just offered to replace the whole mattress pad with a new one, no squabbling at all. No costs, no need to send the old one back. Keep your warranty card w/the phone number on it. I love this mattress pad. I'm on my 4th one since 2010.

Answer:	Preheat warms faster and stays on for an hour I think and then goes to whatever temperature you set it at after that. I preheat mine just before bed and then the sheets are warm, I turn it down once I actually get into bed.

Answer:	You may have to turn one on and then figure out how to rename that one, then rename the next. I am not sure how to do that but I know it can be done. I found this online. Question:	I need one I can turn off the upper body zone when I sleep, to avoid tachycardia. Does this do that
Answer:	I wanted to update answering this question because tachycardia is very critical for those who deal with SVT and possibly even POTS. I deal with tachycardia and I have used a Sunbeam Therapeutic mattress pad for many years. I also deal with chronic pain and several other chronic conditions. This pad is the only version I've ever found. Others speak of having zones, it usually means that in a queen or king sized pad two sides operate independently. With the Sunbeam Therapeutic pad each side has 3 separate zones: foot, center body and head. Each zone can then be turned off/on from 1 to 9(High) and pre-heat. Recently my daughter had a severe tachycardia episode and stayed with me for several days. She fell in love with it because she was able to warm up her feet and finally fall asleep. I don't feel wires except maybe at the top of the pad near the head of the bed. Admittedly, the design needs improvement. But the wireless controller is great to have and as I said earlier, it is the only true multi zoned mattress pad I've found in 25 years.
Question:	Often the remote receiver (box under bed that cables connect to) starts beeping. I have to unplug from the wall to stop. Annoying!! Problem for u
Answer:	The problem is not the box. It's at the bottom of pad where the wires connect to the pad. Mine did the same thing at first. You have to push extremely hard to get the wire connecter into the connecter at the bottom of the mattress pad. Once it is secured the beeping will stop. It does beep when turned on and off. But that's it. An F.Y.I. We simply love this pad.

Answer:	10 hours is the only option. However, after two years of use, I use it only to preheat the bed. As soon as I get under the covers I turn it off. It stays warm for quite a while and certainly long enough for you to fall asleep.

Answer:	There is a model selection menu at the top as several models are bundled under the same listing. 1660, 1660 ti, 1660 super are all mixed. When looking at review you can filter by a specific model. I'm not a fan of the practice myself.

Answer:	TUF models meet mil-spec requirements in regards to the circuit board, ICs, and coating. Basically, it is a more durable version of the same card (assuming you are looking at the 6GB memory version of each.) If you live in a place where heat, humidity, dust, etc. are higher than usual then a TUF model might give you more piece of mind.

Answer:	I don't know! Sometimes I leave mine on all night and other nights turn it on or off during the night. I absolutely love it though. So glad I got it. I ended up getting two. Do you want it on more than 10 hours?

Answer:	I ordered these scissors for a friend, so I do not have this exact pair but I do have a pair that is very similar. I have never tried cutting celery with mine, but just tried it and the outcome was not ideal. If you cut the celery down the middle in two or three slices and then cut them, it may work ok. It definitely will not cut a full piece.
