Answer:	I would believe so because it doesn’t effect the operation of the seatbelt itself. It’s a pillow that velcros around a small section of the seat belt. You should be position the pillow low enough that it is comfortable for the child’s neck and that way it should not effect the locking of a seatbelt if you were to stop suddenly...
