Answer:	I am not sure what you definition of "light and cheap" is... but this spread has a nice weight. It is not super thick, but it is quite durable. I have washed mine several times (just came out of the dryer again last night) and the colors still look good. Granted when they are pulled together there is no extra for bunching but most of the time I have them bunched on either side of the window and they look wonderful. This is a great set and I really love mine. If you want to have them bunch then buy two sets and have them bunched up in the middle and on each end just as an idea! Hope this helps.

Answer:	It is the pattern that makes it look lumpy. I've had my comforter for about 6 months and haven't noticed any pilling and it still looks new. It's not the best material for a comforter but it's not bad either.

Answer:	It's not a heavy comforter which I have always been use to myself. It's on the bed in my spare bedroom but I have slept under it once when my grand daughter was over. I actually liked it. It's very soft also. Haven't had the chance to see how it holds up after a wash cause it's only been on the bed a little over a week but so far I am pleased! Hope this helps you out!

Answer:	I just received this comforter set, and this isn't Tulay purple or whatever they want to call it. It's more maroon or burgundy like you said. If you are looking for something that matches the photo image you probably will be disappointed. I know I am, because I was looking forward to getting it so it matches other things. But I'll return it and see if I can get a better color match. Maybe the manufacturers decided to make it all the darker maroon color, because there is no lavender or lilac color to the background of the design like you see here. It's a gray color. and the green stands out more than anything that might be misconstrued as purple. My new headboard in light lavender and wanted something that would at least have some lavender in it.
