Answer:	the pillow cases match the duvet, exactly. It's more of the orange and and cream portion in the middle of the duvet. We crammed a king sized pillow into the case. So, I would say it "accomodates" that size, but not really.

Answer:	The item has two styles, according to your needs you can choose Falt Sheet or Fitted Sheet. If you need to purchase Twin, please select Color # Flat Sheet (or Fitted Sheet. This is your choice) Size # Twin
Question:	Would a 90x90 duvet fit inside the Queen
Answer:	Probably not. We ordered a king and it barely fit our queen. The sheets fit correctly.
Question:	Is the king size duvet cover 94 inches wide? as in, 94 inches along the horizontal stripes
Answer:	No, I just measured the QUEEN KING Size Duvet cover and it is 88 inches wide (stripes going horizontally. Also, I haven't put the insert inside the duvet yet.) The set also came with a flat KING sheet with small ruffled sides and it measures 104 inches. I am using the Duvet on a Queen bed and it fits well, covering the mattress and box, and slightly tucked inside the bed's sideboards. If you needed to "make this work" for a true King bed, you could possibly use both the duvet and ruffled flat sheet. The stripes on the duvet and flat sheet are exactly the same and line up perfectly. I am redoing a beach condo guest room and also ordered the smaller size duvets for a bed with trundle. I will attempt to send pictures if I can figure out how. Interestingly, the small duvet came with a fitted sheet. I am really not sure how I will use the ruffled flat sheet, but I think it looks nicely on the Queen bed, too.
