Answer:	Yes, you can absolutely wash the bamboo pillow case. Washing instructions are provided and are listed on the tag within the pillow case.
Question:	Do you still need to use an ear cushion over the hole
Answer:	Different medical conditions will require different treatments. I am unable to give direction for your own personal needs, however BLISSBURY Ear Pillow is designed to sleep directly on the pillow - providing room for the ear within the hole.
Question:	Will this still work with a pillow protector and and pillow case on top, or would that cover up the ear holes too much
Answer:	I've been using this pillow for about 3 months. I wondered about using another covering but it comes with a removable and washable covering that performs well. However the hole wasn't big enough for the size of my injured ear and the painful area around, but since I have to sleep on the other side, not flat, it works perfectly for that ear.I think the height/thickness is just right.

Answer:	Yes I also use with Bose noise cancelling earbuds I have horrible noise problems in my condo and this pillow is great. I personal like it a bit higher so I have another pillow under it. It is on the small side about half the size of average pillow but it does the trick.

Answer:	Yes, a white pillow case ( also with an ear opening) is provided. The pillow case fits perfectly over the pillow itself.
Question:	What are the dimensions of the earwell
Answer:	The earwell is 4'x 4" and mine is also 4" deep as I elected to keep all the original stuffing in it. Hope that helps.
