Answer:	I am on day 6 of my recovery and using this pillow right now as I type this! I find the firmness to be perfect for me. My arms can rest comfortably in any position yet I don't feel any pressure on my torso. I also use it in the car to keep the seatbelt from touching. Amazingly comfortable but I also felt the seatbelt was correctly positioned in case of emergency. I had first purchased a different pillow brand but it was much too flat. The inserts of this pillow are removable for washing, the cover is so soft, and the 2 pockets keep everything I need close.
