| Answer: | The short answer is Yes. We could have the unlock code provided from AT&T so that you could use it on any network. However, if you don't mind, I would like to explain through research what we have found out and keep in mind we have no preference over any of the carriers. The Nighthawk is an amazing hotspot, however, in your case, it does not support Band 13, which is Verzion's primary band. So you may never get the quality of speed that you should get out of the Nighthawk, you could even run into connection problems at times. But overall, outside of the Nighthawk, this is what we have found to be the rule of thumb with almost every carrier as far as hotspots go. When you see the ads that say..."bring your own device", and find out that your "ACME" hotspot is compatible with the "OHLALA" carrier, don't get so excited. As a matter of fact, as far as hotspots go, you'd be better off if you really want to go to a different carrier, to buy one of their hotspots, or if you don't want to pay full retail price, looking for an online bargain to purchase one of their brand in any event. You are welcomed with open arms in any case when you switch carriers, but what they don't tell you, is you are also being spanked for bringing your previous carrier's product with you. In many cases, especially if you go from a GSM carrier such as AT&T to a CDMA carrier such as Verizon, you may not be able to bring the device because it may not be compatible. But even if it is, most of the carriers put you on HSPA+ which as far as I'm concerned is about the same as being on 3G. Browsing and light internet will be fine, but you'll have problems streaming or doing anything grand. It could even be the best of the best of 3G, maybe 4G, but it is NOT 4G LTE, which if you did speed tests you'd realize doesn't compare to the full potential. You will more than likely find that with all the carriers. We have tested this with by testing from one to another. Nothing has ever matched the potential of the same carrier's hotspot and their plan. Even though we love selling the Nighthawk and feel it is a supreme hotspot, this is one case that I'll have to also show my honesty and lose a potential sale and tell you, you'd be better off going with a Jetpack or one of the Verizon branded hotspots if you plan to keep Verizon as your carrier. You'll spend a lot of money on this hotspot and probably wonder what the hype is all about. Verzion definitely has some sparkling devices and plans that make them who they are. As a matter of fact, I believe Verizon's 5G hotspot is now available... the 5G MiFi M1000. Not sure what plans go with it, but I have seen at first release it is about double the price of the Nighthawk without contract, a little higher with a 2 year contract, but that they do have a 24 month plan for about $27/mo. to pay it off. We have not used or tested it yet. But it does sound appealing. |

The pillow used to be wonderfully firm and supportive when I bought my first one in Feb. of 2020. I love it so much that I ordered another one in Oct. 2020 but the pillow is completely different now. They have made them squishy and floppy and now they go flat when you lay on them. If you are looking for a pillow that you can bend in half and rest your head on the folded pillow this will work but if you are looking for any sort of support forget it. |

| Answer: | When I bought this pillow for the first time in 2/2020, it was very firm. It is 8 months later and the pillow is still wonderfully firm and big, it's like a short body in bed. I ordered another one recently in 10/2020 and the pillow is terrible now. They have changed it since I bought the first one. It is soft and squishy and limp. It went from pound cake consistency to a doughy uncooked pretzel. I returned it and went with another brand. The Utopia King sized pillows are also soft and squishy and unsupportive as well. I would suggest going with a different brand entirely if you want a pillow of any kind with good support. Especially if you want it on the firm side. |
