Answer:	You cannot attach a headboard with a 5/16 in screw! We bought a headboard and the screws it came with would not fit through the small holes of the bed frame. Had to chisel away at the bed frame holes to make the screw fit. And it took forever and was super frustrating

Answer:	Yes I cut it to fit on the bottom of my Honda Element. It has covers as people mentioned, but they are zippered and easy to remove from the foam (so you can also wash them). I just took off the covers and used an electric butcher knife. It cut like butter! I tried a few other blades first but the electric knife was BY FAR the smoothest and easiest cut.

Answer:	I would say yes. You will be sitting at a 15-20 degree angle from upright but you will be virtually upright. Don't be concerned when it arrives severely compressed because it really expands when you follow directions. I am happy with mine. There is no headrest but I don't find that to be a problem.
