Answer:	Not really. Width is fine but it is higher than 21" inches. Although you can chose to go three shelves high instead of four. Depth is also not ideal...it is about 11.5 " deep which will mean that the bottles will be super close to the edge of the shelf. Not an ideal fit.

I just rinse the cleanser off with water using a face sponge or cloth, pat dry with a towel & then apply my moisturizer. I'm 64 years old & have done this for at least 8-10 years & must say this product has work great for me w/out drying out my skin. At my age I'm very careful about adding wrinkles w/excessive dry skin. Hope this helps.
