Answer:	The weave on this blanket is tight, and the quality is very good. Although I have only had it a short while (washed maybe three or four times) I can't imagine that it will stretch out of shape.

Answer:	It does not generate heat, so it won't warm things up. From my experience it does a good job preventing heat transfer from one side to the other, so if your bed gets cold from the cold air and you climb beneath it, it would feel warm. If your bed gets cold from coldness that travels from your floor, and you lay on top of it, it would feel warmer than before too.
Question:	Does the blanket pill
Answer:	This is a more recent answer for those who might wonder if the blanket has changed since the other answers. This blanket doesn't shed at all! I had a microfiber blanket years ago that shed all over the place and it was terrible. This one hasn't shed a single bit. Not even when I tried it on my husband's x-long twin bed, to see if it was long enough. ( It was.) I didn't even get much lint when I washed it. I have two of them, bought in December of 2019 and I highly recommend them.

Answer:	Yes, I've washed mine several times in my front load washer and then the dryer. If you have a top load washer it will fit as well, as long as you have a large capacity washer. It's not like trying to stuff a heavy blanket - this quilted blanket is soft and piles easily into the washer. I love my blanket; it is great on quality and I'm never too hot - but always warm enough.

Answer:	On a scale of 1-10, 1 being it sucks humidity out of the air, 10 being it merely being around is enough to make water roll away I'd say 6. If the blanket is outside and it starts raining, go get it then curl up in it and be dry and warm, but don't leave it outside. I bought this blanket and I'm very happy about it

Answer:	For item code 7210-00-282-7950 It weighs three pounds, nine and three eighth ounces i.e. just over three and a half pounds (sorry for writing this in full but the spell checker on this site keeps correcting the numbers to letters) and the instructions on it say "MACHINE WASH, GENTLE COOL TEMP. ADD FABRIC SOFTNER (sic) TO FINAL RINSE, TUMBLE DRY, LOW HEAT". I haven't washed it yet so I don't know how it works out if you follow the instructions.

Answer:	no
Question:	We're concerned about the fabric not "Breathing" in borderline weather - i.e. it makes you too hot because it doesn't breathe. Any comments
Answer:	I do believe it is washable. Just throw in the washer and drier. Easy!
Question:	I have this blanket and one of the controls quit working! Can it be replaced
Answer:	I have a power bed .... but pad only lasted 7 months.... only 3 months of use. Nothing to do with the power bed I would imagine. I think the matress pad wires just broke from laying in them.
Question:	What happens if the blanket is put on upside down? Can't you just reverse the controllers
Answer:	I bought the Full size and the plug is dead center and perfectly placed so the heel(s) of my feet land on it. So basically my feet hit it all the time and it's rather annoying. Not as annoying as the low power output, which is enough to break the chill of a cold bed but warm is not a word I'd use. So if you get it you may want to put the plug on the head side, but I don't do this because I did that with my last pad and the pillow held the heat in so the insulation on the wires and the blanket around them had turned brown. Clearly a potential fire hazard but that pad had three times the power of this one so I doubt this one is a risk, but something to think about.
